We strive to provide you with exceptional products and service. In case you need to return an item, we’ve made the process as seamless as possible. Please read our policy below to understand our return and refund procedures.

For you to know

Damaged or Defective Products

  • We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send us a photo of the damaged product and the packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

  • We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit for your space. Therefore, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate a return, please clearly mention the items you wish to return. If you’re returning a partial order, please ensure only the specific items are handed over to the pickup agent.

    • Return Process:

      • No Return Charge: We will arrange a free return pickup from your doorstep.

      • Once the item is picked up, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned items, which you can use for future purchases on our website.

      • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

      • We reserve the right to deny a free return if a previous COD order was canceled at the doorstep.

Multiple Returns: If multiple returns have been initiated from the same account, we may charge a return fee or deny further returns.

Condition of Returned Items

  • The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

  • Please ensure that all original papers and accessories are included with the product.

Serviceable Pincodes

  • In rare cases, some pincodes may not be serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners (Delhivery or Shiprocket).

  • In such cases, returns will only be processed once the pincode becomes serviceable again.

Missing or Tampered Parcels

  • Missing parcels or items that appear to have been tampered with during transit are extremely rare, but if it happens:

    • Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp, and take a video before opening the package.

    • If you receive an SMS confirming delivery but did not receive your parcel, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

Shipping Delays

  • We work with third-party courier services and cannot be held responsible for delays during shipping.

  • We provide approximate delivery times, but please note that delays may occur.

  • For time-sensitive orders, contact our customer service team for assistance.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you choose not to accept the delivery, it will be treated as a return.

    • For COD orders, we reserve the right to deny future orders.

    • For prepaid orders, we may charge for two-way shipping costs.

Return Processing Time

  • We aim to process all returns within 10 business days.

  • If you have any questions about the status of your return, please contact our customer support team.

Return Request Approval

  • All return requests must be approved before proceeding.

  • The Radiunce care team will respond within 48 hours to inform you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Return Location

  • Orders placed online cannot be returned at our physical stores, only through our online return process.

Store Credit

  • Once your returned items pass our quality check, you will receive a store credit or voucher, which can be used for any future purchase.

  • The voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve any disputes amicably, as we want the best for your home. However, if a dispute remains unresolved despite our best efforts, Chennai, India shall be the jurisdiction for all disputes.

Artisanal Products

  • Our artisanal and handmade products may have slight variations in texture, color, or size. These natural differences are not considered defects, but rather unique characteristics that make each piece special.

Bulk or Customized Orders

  • For bulk orders or customized orders, our return policy may differ. Returns will be discussed on a case-by-case basis for such orders.

Repeated Returns

  • Radiunce reserves the right to deny returns or charge for returns if multiple returns are initiated from the same account.
