  • Payment must be made through accepted methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or other options listed at checkout.

  • For custom or bulk orders, advance payments and milestone-based invoicing may apply.

5. Order Acceptance and Fulfilment

  • Order confirmation does not signify acceptance. Radiunce reserves the right to cancel or modify orders at our discretion.

  • A legally binding agreement is formed only when payment is received and a shipping confirmation is sent.

  • For custom orders, production and delivery timelines will be communicated separately.

6. Shipping Policy

7. Cancellation, Return, and Refund

  • Custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Standard products may be returned within [7] days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
