Thank you for visiting and shopping with Radiunce. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy and apply to all orders placed through our website, direct sales, or any other official sales channel.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated processing times will be communicated during order confirmation.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, we will notify you accordingly.

  • For bulk and commercial orders, a separate timeline may be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided during invoicing. Delivery timelines vary based on the delivery location and product type:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days (within India)

  • Freight or Specialized Equipment Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • International Shipping: Available on request; subject to customs clearance and local duties

Note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to logistics issues or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable courier and freight services for safe and efficient delivery. You may request preferred carriers, subject to feasibility and pricing approval.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, where applicable, tracking details. For larger or customized orders, tracking may be shared through direct communication with our customer service team.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

Radiunce is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance, etc.).

6. Damages and Missing Items

Radiunce takes utmost care in packaging; however, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please inspect your shipment upon receipt.

  • Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and relevant details.

  • Radiunce reserves the right to refuse claims made beyond this period.

  • For accepted claims, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit based on assessment and sole discretion of Radiunce.

7. Address Accuracy and Delivery Failures

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Radiunce will not be held liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping of returned orders due to customer error will incur additional charges.

8. Restricted Zones and Delivery Limitations

Some regions may have delivery limitations due to service availability, government restrictions, or product-specific constraints. We will inform you if your location is affected.
